Chinese flat price is a big amount for most of the ordinary office workers. Let's say that every square meter in big cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hangzhou etc. would be so high as to around 10,000 RMB. That means u'd have to pay1,000,000 RMB(at least 130,000 USD ) for a 100 square meters flat. And that is only a empty space. And u'll have to decorate and arrange electrical equipment...And most of them r paid around 4,000 RMB a month. Price for flat in smaller cities might be lower. I'd take my county (Changxing County, Zhejiang Province,China)as an example. Price for every square meter now reaches 4,000 RMB, and salary r about 2000 a month. Most families can not afford the house by cash. Friends around me would ask for a loan from the bank. And poor guys from villages would have to inherit flat in village. That's the existing condition in China. How much's the price of a square meter of flat in your area, MyLotters?

It is understandable as the price of real estate is getting higher and higher. Therefore it is no cheap at all to get an apartment. Of course most people have to buy an apartment on installment. It won't be long before you pay off all of yout debt. Time is money. No worry so long as you are healthy and at work. There is nothing that cannot be solved. Good luck.

Your point of view is active and absolutely right. Maybe ten to twenty years's no long . But what if our offspring grows up? We'll have to pay for their education and God bless us strong and healthy. Hospital eats money. And God bless us vanity limited, do not eager to buy a car or expensive clothes.

Speaking of the education for your offspring, I will have to suggest that you should not live an expensive way of life. Save every penny for your to-be-born child. This way when he grows up, you will have enough to pay for his tuition fee. Anyway, who knows that some day you will be able to be a great money earner. Good luck.

I think it does not only happen to your country...even in the Philippines, India, Indonesia and Thailand...people also complain the same thing...salary is not enough to buy a house...it is quite normal even in Malaysia and Singapore I think that happens too....the region is still on a development stage...life must be really deffficult for everybody.
