best episode is?

I love them all. But 4-6 are better then 1-3, imho

Empire Strikes Back.

I thought episode 5, Empire, was the best. There was something about the dark tones of the movie and the inner conflict that I found to be very interesting, much like ancient Greek writings/plays. I thought that the action wasn't always fast and furious, but scenes like the Luke/Vader duel and the Hoth escape were awesome. We begin to also see the development of the story in full.

3. Period.

The best is... -in my most humble opinion- the first they ever did... ________________________ the episode 4 a new hope ________________________ The remnant, a series of sequels and prequels, in my opinion can be considered a very good subject for a soap opera, on the same style of the latest series of star trek... The aim at the future, and modernism is slowly engulfed of commonplaces deriving from telenovelas and soap opera, isn't it? Of course, when I mean the first movie, I think to the original one, without the new animated sequences which have been introduced in the new director's cut millennium edition. bye

I perfer Ep2 mainly for the love story and how it showed what led Anakin to the dark-side.

many people rate episode five , the empire strikes bak as the best, i did like it a lot, what with 'luke, i am your father' and hans solo saying 'i know' to princess leia but i don't know there is something about episode 1 that has made me see it at least 10 times, maybe it si the young anakin skywalker or jar-jar binks, but i have always liked it the most

I have a hard time picking between 5 and 6. There are some really great moments in 5, and I love the fact that it ends on a sad note. But I really love the Ewoks and Endor, so I think that 6 might be my absolute favorite.

My favourite episode was Revenge of the Sith! Because the part where Anakin turns into Vader was just. Too cool for words. Ohh and heartbreak at Obi-Wan.
