What is the best method to control Pre-Mature Ej@cul......?

I know this is the most common problem around the world but sometimes it irritates both so much so my question is .....is there any perfect solution excercise or any other method to gain control over this ........?

I do not think that there is a way that I know of because I am not a man but I think you just have to learn to control it somehow. And with time, you'll be able to get over that.

I have found many factors related with this problem like stress and accessive smoking or low level of interaction between both partners ........ and yes everyone should try to gain more control..
