an infant being eaten by pigs?

today near my house an abandoned baby was being eaten by pigs alive..i was so horrified by hearing this and tears came into my eyes when i came to know about this,people did try to save the baby but before they could do any thing he was eaten alive,so what should the government do kill the pigs or punish the parents who left their son abondened in that sewage...hope the parents get punished they should be hanged for their act because of them that poor baby had to lose his life in such bad way....
