Do you take care of your parents at their oldage?

Though my father and mother died but when they were alive I took care to see their well-fare. Including my wife used to telephone them everyday to found out how they were, health and financial needs. My father and mother were very good people but they like to live in our native village inspite of our request to come and stay with us. Till their death they refused to come and stay with us. I used to bring them to the city on different pretext so that they could stay with us for at least few days but they never stayed with us not even one full month. Even today, I regret for their not staying with us.

I look after my mother. My father can do things for himself but my mothers got illnesses and needs certain help to manage. I'd continue to look after either of them until I couldn't and even then I'd still watch over them to best of what I could. I think it's only fair, they gave me so much and I would like to repay them in showing that I care for them so much :) ~Joey

Hi, Joey_matthews, Thank for sharing your comments. Further I agree with you it is our basic duty to look after our parents during their oldage. I pray God to shower on you all the prosperity, happiness and good health.
