I'd have to say that I'm an optimist when it comes to marriage. I'm always convinced that things will work out, no matter how difficult situations become. So, what kind of spouse are you? Romantic? Optimistic? Pessimist? Pick a label or two that you feel fits your romantic and marriage style.

Well, I haven't actually married my boyfriend, yet. I have been with him for 10 years, and since he likes to break the relationship up everytime we have a fight, I would say I am a pessimist. I always believe it is over everytime I have a fight with him. I feel like it is time to go find a mature adult relationship. I think if I were with someone else and in an adult relationship, eventually I wouldn't be a pessimist. I don't think all men are cheaters or all men are control freaks, I still have a positive outlook on men, like I did in my 20's. I am not ruined yet, or old and bitter. I am 35, and I have been stuck in my own choice of a terrible relationship. I think being romantic is great. Even if I get no reponse I would still do it. I have to say I am optimistic on that one. I am a pessimist when I think he will be romantic with me. He thinks birthdays and holidays are a pain, and since he is in sales he finds holidays and special occasions to interfere with him making money and usually curses those days. Ewww, I just realized I am living with the real life grinch! I am glad that you are an optimist, you will have a great relationship and whom ever is in it with you is fortunate. I wish I could find someone like that.

From the bottom of my heart, I wish you all the happiness and joy in the world. And, I hope that you can find someone that makes your life joyful. All women deserve to be happy! You are not stuck. Being stuck is just a state of mind. If you are unhappy, go where your heart leads you and you will find true love.
