When I need some energy, (usually, about 10 am) I drink a glass of water. Water is Pure Energy. Theres enough Energy in a Glass of Water to drive a Car half way around the world. (we just need to learn how to do it).... Try it, your gonna Like it!

I think many times we all go thru this, and experience this. I think a lot of it for me especially is that we end up getting our second wind, and then we can do things maybe an hr. ago we were not in the mood, or had the energy or desire to do. That is why I feel some nights even though I am tired all of a sudden I am up raring to go, or post on here, etc. even when maybe an hr. ago I felt like I should be sleeping or something. A lot of it too, could be hormonal for us women, and such as well.

You didn't happen to drink a Red Bull or a Coke did you? : ) But I know what you are talking about. Sometimes I'm so sluggish, but then just a simple thought occurs to me and I am energized and ready to go. Sometimes it is a thought, sometimes it is something someone says. Either way, I could use the extra energy. lol

I often have the opposite happen...I have a lot of energy then, like wham..I get so tired so fast..why I don't know
I have those sagging, dragging days too though..hate them..have no zip for anything except that feeling of wanting to go back to bed again, but I force myself to keep busy somehow..and I think it's that act of doing something rather than nothing which will give me that burst of energy and I never resort to drinking more coffee...can't handle too much caffiene --do you by any chance drink a lot of coffee? Believe it or not, sometimes too much coffee, rather than perking one up, will make a person sag
