LOGIN FAILED??! is MyLot givin you problemz too??!!!

my frend just msged me sayin that he is not bein able to access his MyLot account.... its been over a week now!!! whenever he tries loggin in... it gives the error msg LOGIN FAILED!!
can any1 help me wid this??so i could be able 2 help him?wats wrong with Mylot?? its obviously not wid every1 as all of u readin this can log in....so wats up??!im sure its not his password or anythin as he seemz pretty sure abt it....
any suggestion would be welcom!!

maybe you can ask mylot for him. There could be a lot of reasons, who knows what exactly. Maybe banned, maybe a big glitch it takes time to fix it, etc.
