Is there any planet in Space where life exist.......???

whenever i see the whole empty space the only one question raise in my mind is that whether there is any life or such planet in space which have life on it....???

Why not?? Why should ours be the only planet that has an atmosphere and live on it? Considering how big the universe is... I like to keep an open mind on the subject.
So far nobody has prove that there is or is not.
