Is this normal behaviour for young people today?

So, I go into work today and see something that is being done incorrectly. I point out to the girl who is doing it, that the manager wants it done differently, and she snaps at me, well she isn't her. and I've been here longer than you, so I get to say how things are She's 17, I.m 55!

I'm just glad I don't have to work with her tomorrow, since she is a good little christian girl who attends church on Sundays. Too bad the church no longer teaches respect.

church still teaches respect, but people don't go to church now to learn smth... they go because it's fashionable and they can point the fingers to the ones that don't attent church on sunday... or in any other days.

It's not just you. Many young people treat their fellow young people this way, too. It is a wonder anyone is friends with anyone at all these days.

im sorry ..this happened to you...i apologize on behalf of my generation...But you have to consider people are at various levels of stress and can respond to them positively or negatively...she chose to respond negatively...It will be graceful and positive for others if u just forgave her

Sorry, but I can't forgive rudeness and lack of respect. She knows I used to manage a small store and have had twice as much retail experience as her, and that I have been working for over 40 years. its just rudeness on her part

People today are not thankful when someone offers advice because they think they know it all.
