Have you ever used cat sunscreen?

Awhile back, I heard that pale color or white cats can suffer sunburn if left outdoors in bright sunshine. And, that you should use a non-toxic water-proof sunscreen on ears and nose to protect them. Does anyone know where I could locate a sunscreen suitable for use on cats? Would it be the same type of sunscreen that humans use?

I would be very weary of using human sun screen on a cat. I don't think any of it is safe for ingestion for humans, I can't imagine what it would do to a cat. I did just read on CNN, that you can buy sun screen for animals at any Pet Store and if you can't find it to use PABA free sunscreen or zinc oxide. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/12709038/page/2/
