3 tips for more beautiful legs

With summer coming up, I thought it might be nice to share some tips for healthier, more beautiful legs.
1. If you work at a the computer for long periods of time, be sure to get up at least once an hour to stretch your legs. This will help your circulation and may prevent varicose veins from developing on the back of your legs.
2. Exercise daily. Daily leg strengthening exercises like walking, jogging, cycling or swimming will help tone and strengthen leg muscles. It may even help get rid of cellulite.
3. Use a self tanner. Tanned legs always look leaner. Celebrities have used this trick for years.
