I really want to know this...?

I dont know about the rest of the world but certainly in Europe the fashion is to wear leggings under really short shorts.. I find that weird..what about everyone else... just want opinions^_^ thnx

im from florida to but i have noticed it. just not under shorts exclusively. sometimes they wear leggings by themselves with a long shirt as well, or under a short dress.

I haven't seen anything like that around here, but then again, I'm from Florida and it's always pretty freaking hot. I don't think that would be something that I would buy into though, I think it sounds kind of pointless.

I agree with you on that. I do not really enjoy wearing anything like that at all. I wear my short things without any legging.
