Indian American Astronaut, Ms Sunita Williams today added yet another feather to her cap by setting a new world record for the longest uninterrupted space flight by a women. Ms Sunita w. had begin her space journey in Dec. 10, 2006, broke the 188 -Days, four-hour mark at 11.13 A.M. (IST) set by Ms Shannon Lucid in 1996 on mission to the Russian Mir Space. Earlier this year she broke the record for most spacewalk time by a woman by logging 29 hours and 17 minutes in four space walk. Earlier this record was held by Astronaut Ms Kathryn Thornton. In April 2007, she also become the first astronaut to run a marathon in orbit.

Congratulations to Sunita and you also as you have started this topic. It is true that she has set a record of spending more time in space. In coming days someone will break the record again till then she will be remembered. Many scientists from India are adding feathers to their cap every year. This shows that how the indians are talented. In the world, people used to show the india's image in negative ways. This is reply to such people. Though in computer field Indian Engineers have no resemblance in the world. Many new things are being invented. Congrats once again to Ms Sunita W for her great achievement.
