This is a rant of things that bother me. At least the top 5 things.
Number 1. People that are so stupid, that they report peoples post, just because they don't agree with the orignal poster. (This is BS, if you don't like it see the x at the top of the page, it closes the page use it instead of reporting it.)
Number 2. Just because you don't like talking about poop, doesn't mean others don't want to talk about it. Some may even have health problems and that is why they are talking about poop.
Number 3. People who see a title, and reports it but never reads the discussion. (Come on now people just like television if you don't like the channel change it. Don't try to play censor police.)
Number 4. The bible thumpers that keep reporting my posts on my religion and my beliefs. Who gives you that right. I think you all that are doing this are the true evil ones on this board.( Ok Christians if it don't apply to you let it fly from you. I am talking about those who are so closed minded that they have no tolerance of other's belief, not all of you all)
Number 5. That I have to create a intrest group of offensive topics, so maybe post will stop being deleted. It is nuts, but I know that if I don't this will be reported to, because someone keeps stalking my post and reporting anything they find offensive when nothing is. It hasn't just been me, but alot of my friends on here are having the same problem
Which reminds me of one more. Which makes number 6 instead of just my top 5. Someone will see a post they don't like, then they will go to the poster's homepage here and open all their discussion, just to rate someone with a - just to lower their rating.
This is what I have to say to you people. Grow the Heck Up. I wanted to say something else but I know if I do, this would be removed. Have a great MYLOT day and for my friends and anyone who agrees with this. Add offensive topics to your intrest list after you reply.

You said there is more to be said but i think you nailed them all to the wall nto a cross casue some may find that offensive to the only ones you seem to have forgotten are the puritians who we should nto talk about what happens behind closed doors they are almost as bad as the bible thumpers.

I am not sure how you got someones negative attention however I suppose it is easily done around here. The intention of the minus button has been corrupted and it is a shame in this land of open communication. I hope things can eventually settle down and everyone allow for the differences that make us who we are and that allow for the conversations to be so interesting. I am hoping you can have a wonderful week ahead and that somehow the minus buttom develops a glitch and cannot be used. Take care!!

What a delightful comment. I so agree with you about being able to accept and RESPECT differences. What happened to honoring our God-given right of free will/choice. We would have a much more peaceful world if people put more emphasis on minding their own business instead of everyone else's.

I think that it is utterly ridiculous.....some of the things that I am seeing on this site...personal attacks....unnecessary reporting and removal of discussions for whatever the petty little reasons....gang violence via the Internet....
I have only been here for a little over 3 months, but I have see such a dramatic decline in the morale of this site and it's members.....
I agree with so much of what you have said here, my friend...I am hoping that the "powers that be" figure out that there is alot of personal abuse and gang type vigilantism AND punish the right people...not the one's who are trying to bring our attention to this activity...
I will be adding your new interest....I believe that it is a worthy title given the circumstances...

I am a new mylot member and as I have been surfing around and looking for like-minded others when I came accross your site. There is a lot that you are ranting about that I agree with and have put a friends request in.
I especially value your comments about close-minded bigots who use God as excuse to beat up on others and try to make them wrong. That is really a loving, Godly thing to do.LOL! They claim to be followers of the New Testement and believe in love, honor, acceptance blah, blah, blah but they act like the persecutors from the Old texts. I have noticed they do not walk their talk and their hypocritical dogma is a turn off to me too!
I see a vast difference in Religion and spirituality and it sounds like you do too. Glad I found your page...will look forward to further contact and you can add me to your friends page and I hope you will do the same with me. Keep it up...we need people to sound off in the name of free speech.

That was a mouthful! It's good to read people who say what needs to be said. Those of us who have oour beliefs, but allow others their own, wont be offended by your comments. It the ones who think they rule the world, and quite rankly they are hypocrites. Keep being yourself!

I'm still new here, but I totally agree with you. If you don't like it, don't respond to it or read it! Duh. People should use a little common sense don't you think?? For those with less tolerable morals or views, grow up. We are still living in a democracy aren't we? I believe we are still entitled to freedom of speech are we not?? I was raised to accept others for who they are, and not judge them on their beliefs. I don't care what religion anyone is, that's their business. When it comes to poop, we've all done it since the day we were born, so what's the big deal with that???
Anyway, I don't think anyone has the right to judge another just because they don't like a topic, or what they have to say about it. My dad always told me "opinions are like "poop" holes, everyone has one".... Why is it that opinions can't be accepted for what they are?? People should worry more about what's in their own backyard, than deleting something that they don't agree with......KUDOS to you for posting this, and I will be adding it to my interests..

Welcome to mylot Nat, this is a great site for making friends, learning about new stuff, its a place for many many things. I was really angry the day I wrote this, but it is still true. People need to releize that this is a diverse plant, people have different beliefs and inquiring minds want to know.
A discussion I particapated in one time about poop was deleted. It wasn't even really about poop, it was about bloody poop. Someone was having a health problem and was wanting help, the discussion was deleted because some "trolls" reported it as being inapropriate. People are so childish. It is funny how old discussions will pop up.
Its like the topic that never ends it goes on and on my friend.....

Hi Avonrep1, I couldnt agree with you more. I personaly havent had a discussion deleted, but I've lost a few points because some that I responded to were deleted. I dont understand these people that go around reporting topics just because they dont like them. Something else I dont understand, Why is Mylot just deleteing discussions just because somebody complaines? Do they even bother to look at the offending discussion or do they just blindly hit the delete button? Personaly I think that is the bigger problem. Take care, Terry

I never had experienced any of my discussions getting deleted. But I can imagine how it will make me feel when such things happen to me. People are defferent. They have defferent opinions. That's why discussions are possible here. Tollerance is the crux of any discussion. You are right to suggest that those who find something objectionable for them may skip the topic. Please don't destruct the charm of mylot by unnecessary reportings.

To each his/her own. I can't believe people would be so crass. I don't write a lot on my lot, but I always enjoy your topics and will actually go out of my way to find some from you. I saw the topics about poop and thought "Hmmm, not going there today." I didn't go into those and bash the person posting. I agree with you that that is horrible. This is a community and as a community you can't always agree with everyone else and that's fine, but don't go through and rate every topic of someone poorly just because of one. I appreciate the topics you bring up and if I could think of great topics like you I would probably post more. Keep up the good work!!!! I will add offensive topics to my interest list too :)
