What's the best tip that anyone has ever told you regarding a health practice? Do you always follow the tip? For me, it's to drink lots of water. I really feel the difference when I don't and I am much more hungry when I forget to drink water.

The best health tip for me -- one should be happy. Aside from exercising and eating the right food, one should laugh and smile a lot and basically be a happy person.

Like you it would be drinking lots of water and getting enough rest. It does make a profound difference. I used to be so tired all of the time, for the most part I still am (I don't get a lot of sleep these days). Physically years ago, I never drank water hardly at all. If I did it was because I had no other option! I drank coke or tea all of the time. I started drinking more water because I was swelling all over. It was from the sodium in the food and water I was eating/drinking so often. I cut down on it and miraculously my swelling and water retention stopped!

Mine is Move more than you eat! That way you don't have a weight problem. Water is important and I do drink my share. Many of us do not drink the water or move enough. I hope between us that we end up helping someone. Will be neat to see what others have to say about their tips.

The best health tip for me would be healthy habits are the key to long term fat loss. Drink more water, don't overeat, don't keep large gaps in between meals and eat more fresh fruits and raw vegetables.

My best health tip is taking mix-vegetanle juice every morning before breakfast. The purposes of doung this is to detox or purify your body before you input the new food into your stomach. It's very good for constipation ,because the fiber from the vegetable juice helps to soften the stoll and improve propel movement of your colon for your bowel movement. I have done this for more then ten years and i'm still doing it and wil still do it .:)

The best advice for me was to eat slowly by proper chewing the food to prevent more stress on alimentary canal. Avoid drinking water till 30 mins before and after the meal. And ofcourse dring lots and lots of water.
