Can you help me with creating a blog?

Hello mylotters. I am thinking about creating a blog to share all the sites that i use to make money with online. However i am very new to the idea of creating a blog and would like to get some advice from you lovely people if you can help me. Im mainly talking to people who have blogs here but i welcome anyone who can help me. My question mainly involves using advertisers on my blog to further increase earnings. 1. Which blog service is free and allows me to use advertisers on my blog to increase earnings if people click ads and so on? 2. What advertisers (Adsense, Bidvertiser) etc would you reccomend i use on my blog and how would i set up the adverts on my blog from these sites? 3. I think im right in saying this but i just want clarification, i dont have to pay any money to any of these sites like adsense and bidvertiser to place these ads on my blog and thus make money from them per click? If there is ANYTHING else you think i should know about setting up my blog, joining advertising site, maximising income from my blog etc then please let me know.
