In the bible it states how God had actual coversations with people who heard his actual voice. My mother told me,yeah that was back then when God was creating the Bible, now he speaks to you thru actions,no one actually hears his voice. But this morning in church 2 people said that God had talked to them and said what He had said. And acted like it was a usual occurance,no big deal, nothing special or unusual.Has anyone else hear actually heard God's physical voice?

I think it's possible for a true believer. Myself, I get messages through music and teachings. Lately, I've been trying to apply what I hear and it's made me happier and more content with my purpose in life. God spoke to and inspired those who wrote the bible, so we as believers who read and act accordingly to the bible should be able to hear God's voice. Though I am a believer, I don't read as much as I should, therefore have not been able to hear His voice. I look forward to the day that I will though.

If we believe the Holy Bible as the Word of God, then nobody can ever hear the voice of God anymore - the physical voice, as it is said in Hebrews 1:1 that God now speaks thru His Son and that is the Lord Jesus Christ and the Lord has already spoken - the New Testament.
