How often do you have a dance? Do you think it can keep fit?

I like dancing very much, but my bf think dancing bar is not a good place for me, so I haven't gone to bar for almost 1 year, and I become fat.

I am not much of a dancer. Not at all. Dancing does maintain a high muscular tonus so it is recommended as an energy-consuming activity.

hi wonderful..i will dance sometimes when am feel happy and most of the times when am alone(hehe).In our religion and the people around me dont dance and they dont like to dance.So i will try when am alone.yeah dancing also one like the excersize and regular practise make you perfect..and if you are not going to bar you can choose different types of excersizes which keep you fit and slim..why dont you try them
