Do you enjoy wearing maternity clothes?

I never bothered wearing maternity clothes, i found them to be far too expensive & there wasn't a lot of variety so most of the stuff i saw, i didn't like anyway.
Since i wear lowrise jeans anyway, i could wear them under my bump for the entire pregnancy, either that or i'd wear tracksuit pants or PJ bottoms!
As for tops etc, i lived in jackets & jumpers/sweaters, i just bought them a couple of sizes larger & they were perfect.
I just didn't see a point in buying clothes that were too expensive & that i didn't like when buying the things i liked were far cheaper anyway!

I had to buy a couple dresses. It seems everyone gets married when I am pregnant. I also had a couple work functions.
I bought larger sizes and stretchy material so I could wear them again or sell them easier then selling maternity.

I am happy now that I am out of maternity clothes now. My baby son was born last month. I can't wait to get back to my normal size. I found maternity clothes not awfully nice and quite expensive. So in later pregnancy I bought a few large size or size 20 clothes to fit over my bump.

I had a few things that weren't maternity but I was able to wear.
I loved all my maternity t-shirts though. The material seems so much more comfortable.
Near the end I always can't wait to be wearing my regular jeans again and belts and cute shirts.

When I was pregnant, I would wear T-shirts and slinky pants. They were heavenly soft and a breeze to wear. And, the waistband expanded with my growing tummy, so I didn't ever have to wear maternity clothes. It saved me lots of money. And after the pregnancy, I was able to use the clothing again. Even more money savings.

It's quite relieving to hear you say that you like wearing maternity clothes! I am pregnant with my first baby, and I am starting to outgrow my pants... and I have been really nervous about wearing maternity clothes. It probably sounds stupid, but I am scared that I won't feel like "myself" wearing all these weird things that I normally wouldn't wear... and all the maternity clothes are so expensive!
But I'm feeling a little better now, because I got some secondhand maternity jeans online, and my husband assures me that they look "normal", lol. I think it will be more fun for me to go shopping for tops than pants!!

I only like wearing maternity clothes when I can find super cute ones. I have a few things that I love. My husband and son just bought me this really cute top from Victorias Secret when we were at the mall tonight. It is a tank top that has the empire type waste and flares out so it totally works as a maternity top.
