I went to our local MCC church and met a couple of beautiful women who have a great goal in mind. One of them has written (and will write more books) a book about GBLT stories in the "chicken soup for the soul" type books. They are looking for many people (lesbians and gays) to share stories that will help us become more acceptable to straight people.
It is a kind of pride, but much more positive and not negative.

I forgot to mention that there will be two publishing dates a year. One is Oct 11th (national coming out day) and I think the other is June 27.th. So spread the word, to all your friends. They will be attending several pridefests this year.
