hey can any body help me in reducing my fat and gaining height..
i m 21yrs old male, height is 160cms, weight is 65kgs

simple.....
eat a lot of breakfast cause it will energize you for the whole day activities,...
for snacks...... eat fruits like apples.... lots of fiber.....
lunch..... take a lot of vegetables......
and during diner... less food intake... because you dont need a lot of food for energy cause your going to sleep.... if you eat alot during dinner it will just turn into fats fats fats fats......
try it..... ;-D
