I am a big salad fan. I like to use spinach or mixed greens for my salads. Then I will usually add tomatoes, mushrooms, yellow peppers, sunflower seeds and dressing. I also like topping it with cheese, salmon or chicken. How about you?

Hey Ma_belle. In my green salads, I would add 3 varieties of red and green lettuce, avocado, red & green capsicum or peppers, chopped spring onion, parsley, garlic chives, tomatos, pineapple chunks or chunks of oranges, radish and spinach leaves... And my own special olive oil salad dressing...

I started to explain in the first place, I was afraid you were going to ask that, but I did not want to assume you did not know. Trail mix is simply a combination of different nuts and fruits. You'll have peanuts, raisins, sunflower seeds, dates, apricots, banana chips, and different things like that, in different combinations. They are for a light snack, but go great on salads.

Trail mix is awesome in salads, it adds a really nice crunch and variety of textures!

I love baby greens, fresh dill, pickled beets, cashews, cucumbers, yellow peppers, and ginger sesame dressing. Or feta cheese, beets, peppers, red onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, and a greek dressing. I also like salads that contain edible flowers, fruit, various seeds & nuts. I usually go through the fridge and cabinets when I make salads and throw in whatever I can find.

I am also a big fan of salads, especially in the hot summer months. I like to use a base of spinach with raisins, walnuts, green peas, mushrooms, red bell peppers, and cucumbers in a lemon-tahini dressing.

Hi friend, I daily prepare salad for dinner in my home. It have no too much risk. All are available as ready made. And we want to only arrange it. I prepare it by slicing the tomato roundly, and some onion also roundly, carrot, cucumbers and also put some cabbage. And pour some lemon tear all around it. And around the whole kept some green vegetable lead just for show. What about yours. Did you add flesh.... Here not popular that. I think adding flesh may increase its taste. I want to test it..... Anyway dear thank you....

I love a good salad with spinach. Among my favorite things to add are: mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumbers, broccoli, carrots and celery. I also like croutons or bacon bits for a little added crunch.

Ohh, this is one of my favorite topics! I LOOOVE salads! Well, right now I like cold salads like this one: cold white rice, mayo, a little bit of ketchup, tuna, tomato sauce, corn, pepper, tomatoes. And salads with avocado: lettuce, avocado, corn, tomatoes, roasted pepper. I also like to add olives to just about every salad I make.
