well frnds we all shud live a qualityu life n t ensure dat lemme give u d secret........here it is... 1.Practise yoga or ny other exercise which helps you to keep ur balance rite. 2.try to limit ur prescription medicine nt more than 4 (if prescribed) 3.Lift weights and y these 3?? well the single most serious physical risk dat the the elderly face is an injury frm falling.each yr around 350 americans fall n break thr hip.nd of those 40% end up in nursing hme..and 20 % r nt able 2 walk again.nd 3 factors for falling are poor balance,,taking excesiive medicines and muscle weakness. so try out these nd then fell better n more balanced.
