Live-in together JUST FOR THE BABY even WITHOUT LOVE? IS that possible?

They've been living-in together for more than two years. I became his gf for almost 10 months. He said the only reason he's living with the mom is because of the BABY. With that said, it's safe to presume that he doesn't love the mother. But is THAT REALLY POSSIBLE? I mean, can you really live together for more than 2 years JUST for the baby? Or maybe he really just love the mom but just won't tell me? If so, why wouldn't he tell me the real score between the mom and him. Afterall, we're no longer a COUPLE so has nothing to be worried about.
So is it really possible even without love or not, there has to be love??

yes, its possible to live with the mom because of the baby and i think he love the girl also why did they do it if they dont love each other? maybe he's afraid to tell you the truth that you may be hurt for the answer he might told you. so you we're not couple anymore just advise your man before that he must be a man to know what doing.
