What are some of the funniest things your kids have said or asked you? How about some of the most intelligent of things they said or asked?
The funniest my 2 year old said lately was to our dog, "Don't worry Nyla I'm here it will be okay." Today she asked me "Mommy, how do knives cut things?" she asked me as I cut her sandwich. I love how kids really do say the darndest things and really analyze things!! They amaze me constantly!
I would love to hear anything wonderful your kids or even relatives or friends' kids have said.

I have a journal for each of my kids. I am always writing in them the funny things they say as well as the events that happen in their lives, like their birthdays and the Halloween costume they wear each year. This is something we can all look back on with memories and laughter. So needless to say I have a ton of things my girls (10 and 14) have said.
Not too long ago we were talking to our 10 year old about the ten commandments. We asked her if she followed them and she shook her head 'no'. "Do you lie?" I asked. "Sometimes," she answered. "Do you steal?" "Yes," she replied. "Do you honour your father and mother?" She said yes but then saw her father give her a look. "I don't know what that means," she said.
Her father told her it meant "respect". My daughter still looked uncertain. Then I asked her "Do you cheat in marriage?" She said she didn't know what that meant. We explained it to her and then she said she was not married but that she probably would cheat. I said, "No, that's not right." She then asked, "But what if you're in love with two people?" Lord, oh, Lord! Her father told her she would have to choose one and that she would probably love one more than the other.
Are we in for some trouble with this kid?
