Your Boss - Are you in good terms with him/her?

I get along great with my bosses, although once in awhile he does get on my nerves lol. It's some of the coworkers that tick me off at times. I did have bosses in the past though, who can be real jerks. If you just recently had a fall out, he might forget about it soon and things will get back to normal again.

I had a boss who would always smile with the other workers and such and then tell the me what to say to them and such I hated that I left that work I was not ready to fire some one over supidness plus the way in which the person was fired was illegal but I guess some people do not know there right

I am not yet working this times but I would like to be in good terms with the boss when I start working. If possible date the boss! lol.

I have always been in good terms with my boss. My first boss and my second boss all became my Godparents during my wedding. My 3rd boos is not a close friend of mine and I also become the Godmother of her one and only son. My 4th boss also became a close friend of mine and is also the godmother of my eldest daughter. I have always been in good terms with them and have established friendships with them over the years.

I am sorry that the relationship with your boss has been frayed ranjeet and I hope it recovers soon! I am very lucky , my bosses are a married couple and I am like part of the family! They are very good to me and my family and even babysit for me sometimes! I know that not everyone is as lucky as me and I appreciate the factg that I have this wonderful couple in my life! xxx

At present I don't have a boss, because I don't have to work under somebody. But if and when I'll have to work under somebody, I'll make sure to have good relations with my boss. I won't do apple polishing or something of that type, but I'll make sure that he has a good impression about me, because that is as important as the quality of work you do.

All I can say is that I hope I am good terms with my boss;) I may not get a check..if I am not..I do my job..work hard and do all that is required from me. So my boss shouldn't have any quams with me. I hope;)+

yes, i am very much in good terms with my boss and his family.

I started out being called in off the spare list to take people places at my place of work and got to know my full time boss before i even became full time. He also knew me since i was a baby as well which dont hurt either i guess lol. My boss had a chance to see what kind of a worker i was when i was just a spare and when i applied for the full time position under him he really was hoping i was the one to get the job cause he knew i was a hard worker. He is teaching me everything he knows and i listen and do it to the letter because i want to be the best. I believe that is why we get along good because i am deticated to my job and want to do the best i can at it.

I had just recently posted a problem that I'm having at my work place. This person humiliates me in front of other people. I'm filing a complaint against him, but only after several incidents.

The relationship between me and my boss is very close and tight. Although we argue about some official matters but we both know that wont make us hate each other I have high respect for him and he gives me the respect due to me as a staff.

i always control my temper to my boss. i always follow his rules but he doesnt value things and performances you gave to him.

I am on good terms with my boss right now. We have had some rough times in the past but our goal has been the same. It is like being in a family. You don't always get along with your siblings but you smooth things out and are friends again.

Yes I do- I have 3 bosses- and I enjoy all 3 of them- My immediate boss is great- we complain about things- laugh about things, and just work wonderful together- I love the people I work with- It's not often you can say that!

I do not work at the moment, but my last boss was fantastic, we got on really great, he didnt act like a boss,he used to go and make me coffees.

I normally get on with them. The past I have been on fire terms with a boss, who lied and span lies. (while trying to force me out of work) but those days are long and passed. ~Joey
