Taking a short break for sometime

Do you think it is good to take a break sometime from any contineous work? I always think so and try to do so which eventually improve my work ability n future. I actually have taken a short break also form my lot as I was doing myLot everyday and posting and posting....kind of tired and bored and out of new topic or thread so just enjoying other thing for a few days and now when I came back I found many topic again I want to post and reply. What about you guys?

Yeah youre right. I've myself taken a short break to. I was hungry :P. As you say ehrn I came back boom! new coool topics. It's hard finding a topic you like and responding to it. But that how it works around here.
