Adobe Photoshop Albums Starter Ed. 3.0 vs. Picasa 2.0

I think Adobe Photoshop is manageable. Now they even have it available online on Photoshop express and it's great coz youc an access to your album anywhere in the world you go without taking your computer with you as long as there is internet connection. I have never tried Picasa and I heard it's also cool. But I'll stick with photoshop as I'm also reading a book on how to get the best out of it.
