Racial Remark!!!

Someone on Mylot with the username sacrificialclam, just used a racial slur when speaking of Paris Hilton. I don't care how upset a person is about any situation a racial remark hurts us all and should not be tolerated.
I am highly upset about this. I hope that my topic is not erased because of someone else's hatred. I hope that this has never and will never happen to anyone else. This put a knot in my throat. Express how this makes you feel.

You know I got a rude remark from disscussion that I had replied to. It made me upset I almost wanted to start a conversation myself about rude replies on mylot. This was a disscussion about abortions. I wish I had never replied I mean I am agaist it and there are a lot of others in here that have said some hateful comments.

That is terribly when people have to resort to cursing, name calling and now racials slurs, that is sad. I'm glad you reported it because I would of too.

I know exactly who you are talking about.I recently came across this user.She did not use a racial slur but she had a nerve to call me a racist.What in the world only because of my opinion of the jena 5 boys.

I do not know what is wrong with this person. She is the most miserable person I have ever come across. She just got me again. There was a subject about abortion and I was saying how I have wanted a baby for so long. She comes back with, Who cares about you wanting a child. Another person came back with, It's not my problem that you want a child.
Neither one of these two started the topic, but they feel the need to butt in and be rude. I was so tempted to say something back, but then, I would be no better than them, so I just ignored them.

No matter what situation it is racial slurs do not belong. This is a good site and there is no place for that. It does hurt us all because I never want people thinking that this is part of what mylot is about. It makes me sad that people would stoop to this level. There is a better way to let others know how you are feeling about something without that being part of your vocabulary. It is not a nice thing to do and let us all be above saying things that are racial slurs.

I like this site enough not to want to start a race war. The comment that she made was totally immature. Then she commented on something else that I had written and I didn't even acknowledge it. I hope that they take her off immediately. She is a trouble maker.

Name calling should not be accepted especially using racial slurrs. I do not like it nor do I use them. I said something innocent one time at work and got in to big trouble. I did not mean to upset anyone and I was talking about myself and I got spoken to and written up. Now I try to be careful.

Yeah, well... Don't let that poor fella get affect you. She just wants to be heard, that's all. I got into an arguement with that woman in mylot, too.
