Horror fans please unite and lets all join together. My husband and I recently watched the movie Hostel from Blockbuster. I had seen it before but he had only seen the beginning of it so he wanted to see the rest. Well we had friends drop by for a little while when he went to get the movie. They asked what movie he was getting and I told them. They made this weird face and asked me why I would let him get that type of movie. I told them I wanted to see it again as well and that type of movie was my favorite. Well they stayed for about two hours and left but gave me a look of disgust as they were leaving because of the type of movie I was watching. I wa sa little shocked because they have seen my dvd collection and know what type of movies I like. I dont pressure my friends into watching horror films with me but I sure didnt like the look they gave me either. I am a horror film junkie and will always love being scared silly. But I dont make my friends watch them or recommend those type of movies if they dont like them. But I also enjoy action and comedy and suspense. Today I recieved Norbit with Eddie Murphy through Blockbuster.com today and a suspense movie called The Messangers. I know the movie Hostel isnt for everyone and I certainly would recommend if you didnt like those type of movies but everybody has their own taste and as long as your not forcing it on your friends and family whats the big deal. So I would like to know how many mylotters are into the horror genre like me. I would love to know what your favorite horror film is as well as other movies. I will begin.... Misery( my all time favorite) Hostel(not for everydody but never said I was of the norm) Carrie Pet Cemetary( have a Stephen King theme going here) The Thing(great special effects) What are some of yours.....
