rational or irrational?

what are you afraid of, and what do most ppl classify it as, rational or irrational?

I don't know what people classify as rational or irrational, but I am afraid of people, spiders, bugs, cars, loud noises, storms, dark, narrow spaces ... I have a feeling they could all be placed at "irrational".

nah, they aren't irrational, they are quite rational. now, like a fear of mustard is irrational!

I have a very deep seated fear about insanity. Dementia apparently runs in my father side of the family. My grandfather suffered from Alzheimers... My mother is a Paranoid Schizophrenic that went 25 years without treatment. It was caused by a chemical imbalance that was caused by an injury (to one of her ovaries) so supposedly there is no genetic inheritance of it. In short, I fear losing my faculties and mind. My ability to percieve reality, and to use thought to respond to it. It scares the hell out of me.

ik how u feel, my mom is a paranoid delusional, schitzophreniac, bipoar, and severely depressed. my dad is just one of those ppl that you really cannot put a name to, just too many names to classify him wiv, im not scared, but...im still a bit worried
