Is coffee addictive?

Caffine is addictive. It helps you wake up but also once you are used to having it everyday you will get a headach if you don't have any. Something to do with the capillary veins in your brain dialating.

No coffee for me for I am a tea lover.Without it I can't do anything after waking up and any ways in my country we prefer the traditional tea over coffee. I do not drink coffee in the morning or any other time of the day. I usually don't have breakfast but if if I have to drink something it'll be juice but then that would mean I am having something else with it cos I do not drink juice alone.

I can not start the day without my coffee. I wakes me up. You could say I am addicted to coffe. However there are worse addictions to have. Caffine has been proven to keep people awake, some more than others.
