Looking for More Hours In the Day!!!

Got a new job, got two promotions since I started. Now I am a supervisor with over 30 people under me per shift, and a mountain of paper work both on the job and even taking it home with me. I have never had this much responsibility with a career before, in fact I don't think I had a career before, I have just had jobs. This new career I absolutely love as well, I dont think I have ever enjoyed going to work like this before. To all the career folks out there in MyLot land, how do you manage your time??? Seems like there is never enough hours in the day to get things done. The house is a mess, the kids miss me, I am always swamped with work it seems, and I am starting to miss the other things I use to do with my time like tend my garden, play my guitar, hang out with my friends etc... I love my new job, but just wish there was a system to better managing my time so I can still make time for the other things in my life that enjoy... I wont qualify for holidays for a few more months, so thats out of the question, and I am working over 50 hours a week now... Any suggestions?? Anything is welcome as long as its not too outragious..lol...gotta make sense...
