Let's Help Each Other Out In My Lot!

I just started doing this, and thought is was a great idea to share with others. I've done about 5 so far, and this is what I am going to be working on for a little while. I am going into each of my friends discussions and answering a discussion they started that I haven't answered. This brings the discussion back alive and gives it more exposure to be answered again. So what do you think of this idea? Are you willing to do this to help others get responses to discussions that they have started?

I think that is a wonderful idea. So I will definitly join you on this venture. I have been wanting and thinking of doing this myself, but just haven't gotten around to it. So I think now is the best time to do so. Best of luck!

Thank you very much. I just know I sometimes run my self in circles trying to find discussions to answer. And thought this was a way to find a discussion I haven't answered.

Thats a nice idea terri0824. I will do that to my friends but i have a problem if i dont like the discussion i will not answer it. Usually after i look for my friends discussions i response to those discussions that nobody respond it.

Yes, I agree with answering only the ones that you can add something to it. And I have been known to look at the ones without responses too.

Well, I have been doing this same type of thing now for a couple of months. I feel it is Vital to help our friends out here if we can. Also what I do compared to what others may or may not do, is I go thru all of my discussions and respond back to them, and then go and check out one of their Discussions that they have started and try responding back to one of them if they can. This way I feel I am giving them a chance to be noticed by others here as well.

Very good suggestion on going to one of the one's that have responded to yours and then going to their's and fnding one to respond to. It appears that people are bringing discussions back to life, because I have seen some older discussions this past week.

I try to do this about once a week on a day that I know I will have some time on here. It does help keep things active and with each day there are new people here. Great idea!!

Yes,I agree that it is good to keep things active, that is why I gradually reply to my responses, so that it keeps the discussion active.

I try to do that for my friends. I go through all the dicussions from my interests, then top and most recent discussions and then finally the ones my friends do. I think that is an awesome idea though!

It's an excellent idea. I have been known to do that from time to time. Most especially if I'm having writer's block and can't come up with decent new discussions or bored with the one's currently out there. It is activity that I get recognized for.

I do this regularly but I never seem to make it through my entire friend list! Maybe doing this I will take the challenge today and get it done for everyone!

Yeah, I just finished my second page of friends. I just chose one discussion from each one of them that I hadn't responded too. I will do it again, once I complete the ones, that I haven't done yet.

I will join ya on this. Anything to help my friends. I know I am not on here as much as I used to be. Everytime I get close to cashing out, I tend to forget to come back here. I am gonna go back and see what other threads I can pull back up for ya :)

This seems like a great idea. I mark the discussion with a plus so that I know that I have posted to that discussion once already. I also have my friends new discussions sent to my email address. That is where I go first and answer all my friends discussions that I am interested in. I have not been on for four days so I have a lot to catch up on. I may not post to my friends the same day but I do get to them. I try very hard to help my friends out and I hope everyone else is working to help their friends.

Thanks for responding. I do the same thing, mark them with a + so that I know that I have already posted to the discussion. And I get the new one's that are coming in from friends in my e-mail, and then I answer the one's that pop up on the left hand side of my interest. And then I keep an eye on the right hand side of new discussions being started. I try to have a method to the madness. And then I wanted to throw a curve ball into it with the suggestion that I had!!!!!

I am eager to do that also! i usually go through the discussions of my friends and bring back the discussions back to life. Its a great thing to do. I am with you , im adding you deatr friend, hope to wok woth you for a looooooong time!

I do that already along with keeping my eye on new ones that my friends post. I try to respond to as many as I can periodically throughout the day.

Yes, it is good, helps you find discussions that you haven't answered and helps your friends revive their discussions.
