I've not been propositioned or asked my number in the way you describe. But there have been days when by small, unexpected gestures I've been left with that 'walking on air' feeling. Doesn't happen much, but it's priceless when it does. Quite vain, really. But I guess we have insecurities about our appearance, so it's nice to have our ego boosted once in while, right?

Definitely an ego boost! It's also not only in the looks but on how you carry yourself and the aura that you project to others. If you feel you are sexy then you are indeed sexy. It's in your body language and in your face. It's the quality that you have the just draws people to you.
