Any Filipino Adbux member here?

Im not a member of Adbux yet but I have a question... How do you cash out earnings in Adbux? I've read from their website that they only accept Paypal as the payment method. Also, Adbux accepts Philippine members since it is included in their list of countries. I have a Philippines Paypal account and it won't allow me to receive money from other Paypal members. So how's that? I'm confused. I want to register to Adbux but Im not sure if i can withdraw my earnings or not.

If you are a personal account holder you cannot receive money from anyone, you must upgrade to a premier account to be able to receive money.
