drinking water

everbody know that water is precious. But in our are people are using drinking water for many other purposes like watering plants, cleaning car etc. In all the time here we are experiencing scarcity of water. Is it fine to do like that in a situation where lack of water is a problem.

Well maybe they have plenty of water so they're not bothered at all how precious water is.
In our place we buy is and we used to save some water after washing our clothes for another purpose like cleaning the bathroom and everything.
In our province we have our own supply of water so need not to worry at all. Even if we bathe the whole day, it would just be fine.
