i will say an umbrella for it does not get me wetty inside!!

I would go for the umbrella, but during summer showers I love to be without a rain coat or umbrella. I just love to feel the raindrops on my skin. But just during summer warm showers, the rest of the year I would not survive without umbrella.

yaaaaaaaaa........the best i would rather prefer is to be on the balcony with a cup of hot coffeee rather than be out n fell its coldth

If I put anything at all on it would be a raincoat if I am not wanting to get wet. If you chose a umbrella what if the wind is blowing than you still will get wet. If it is hot outside I would not choose either sense I like to walk in the rain and love the rain hitting my skin. It feels nice.

I would pick an umbrella too but I think both of them will do a great job together. I don't like getting wet unless I plan on it somehow.

I do prefer to use umbrella during rainy days. But there are times that using them is more of a disadvantage than helpful particularly when the rain is accompanied by strong wind.
