Being a graphic designer I can try your logo, but sorry not for free. I must be rewarded. I have seen your site. Another thing is that if you want me to do it you should provide me the wording. I have zero knowledge of your language.
Tell us what would be the concept of the design and what size and color. You should ask the help of graphic artist that are member of myLot. And by the way, you should tell also what would they get in return.
