Stupid discussions

I have come across to some discussions that doesn't make any sense at all. Questions like, do you like color red? And the only content of the discussion is "I do not", or "Yes."
Why don't they even bother about giving justifications to their answers? I know it's none of my business but it really annoys me everytime I see questions similar to that.
I never really give time responding to those types of posts. But, what annoys me more is it gets more responses than those discussions that I may consider good or those posts that makes sense.
Nothing really. I just wanted to express how I feel about those types of discussions. How about you? Do you still care to respond to those types of discussions and give your opinion? Or most likely you search for some more specific discussions and those that makes sense? Or it doesn't bother to you at all?

Yeah, like Krebstar said, those types of discussion are against the mylot terms of use. That said you can help the adminss out by reporting such discussions. You know, help to clean up some of the clutter.
I think people post those types of discussions becuase they just want to get paid. When Mylot cleans up those discussions they loose thier money so there isn't too much of a point to it.
I guess on some level, yeah, those types of discussions do bother me. I feel like it takes away from what mylot is or could be...a place to have useful discussions and share information.

If I remember correctly, those types of discussions are against myLot policy. myLot likes to discourage discussions that are simply based on "yes" or "no" answers.
Okay, here is what I found in the "don't" section of the myLot guidelines.
Don't
-Start meaningless discussions or give meaningless responses to try and boost your rating. Discussions like “What’s your age” will be deleted as well as short responses like “ok” or “no”.
So it looks like the admins are on the look out for this kind of thing. It just might take them some time to get to it. Remember, you can always report a discussion if you think it's in violation of the guidelines.

Maybe the admins will already see those types of discussions. It's none of my business anyway, they won't earn and benefit from those anyway. Sometimes, I read discussions such as those coming from the same people. Anyway, hope someday they will realize it won't help them with their earnings, if that's what they're thinking.

Yeah, questions like that only make us feel angry and it is useless to answer things like that. Well... just ignore them if they asked the next time. I always do that so that I would not lose my time in their matters. Maybe they do that to get money the simple way, and maybe some of them are just very poor in their english language, so they are only capable to ask simple questions like that. Or some of them are low in IQ's and general knowledge, so their questions are usually narrowed to simple things. I don't have any strong annoyance on them. Just ignore them, let them be that way as long as they don't disturb us. I think that's the best way.
You are one of the members who have quality content. So keep up the good job. God bless you!
