Dont you know that Two pieces of bread is just equivalent to one cup of rice.

for me eating rice is great and could support our hunger. a cup of rice is equivalent to 120 calories.. the mininum amount of calories in a day is 2000 calories in order to support our physiologic need. but eating bread is ok perhaps it is a light diet but contains equal amount of calories with a cup of rice. but having a good diet with balanced amount of carbohydrates, proteins n fats regardles whether it is two pieces or one cup of rise. As loong as u know u desired requirement your body needs.
