Candy cigarettes lead to smoking real cigarettes?

I just read an article about this. They say that kids who play with candy cigarettes will more likely grow up to smoke than kids who don't. I think they are pretty much trying to blame anything and everything they can for people smoking. Some places have actually banned the sell of candy cigarettes. I don't really know what exactly to think of this. I actually think it's very comical. What do you think?
