Good and wise eating can have a direct effect on your health and beauty because health and beauty are correlated. When eating you should go in for colorful food like Red, Orange, Green and Yellow as they are full of antioxidants which kill the free radicals (Killer cells) in the body besides they can do a world of good for your health and beauty. The following are the foods that you should include in your diet and try to include as much variety as possible to get the best possible result from the food you eat. Red Food:- Beetroots, berries, tomatoes and kidney beans They control anger and irritability and they are good for the skin, the kidney and the bladder and give a boost to the muscular system keeping it well toned. Green Foods:- Includes bitter gourds, gourds, grapes, capsicums, cucumbers and all green leaves. These foods are excellent for the clearing the digestive system for clean eyesight and good hearing they also help in maintaining healthy and glowing skin and hair. Yellow Foods: Include all yellow dals, bananas, pineapple, corn, yellow capsicums etc. They are excellent for the proper working of the stomach the liver and the nervous systems, beside they promote healthy teeth, skin and hair. Orange Food: Includes mangoes, carrots, egg yolks, oranges, a quash, muskmelons etc. These foods work as a barrier against pollution in the atmosphere and the ultra violet rays of the sun. They also lift up the mood and prove excellent for the working of the circulatory system and tummy. White Colored Food: Includes milk and all dairy products, radishes, turnips, potatoes, onions, white dals, - proves as calming agents in the body reduces stress and kill insomnia.

thanks for your really helpful discription on eating habits. sincerly speaking im not aware of this deep knowledge about the food. i not seen food from this angle. i take whatever in mood or whatever prepare in home. you give me such a look, real appreciable. one thing you forget, beside this food habit, smiling is also necessary for health. so keep smiling with me always. :)smile
