Is wet or dry heat worse for your MS? Or are they the same?

I live in southern Illinois which is considered a subtropical climate by most officials. We are wet and hot in the summer. Like yesterday it was 92 degrees and about 90 percent humidity. Now, my husband and I are looking for jobs outside the area and to be honest, I ver selfishly want to find someplace where my MS is not as bad...but I don't really want to go someplace truly cold either. So, all you MS types, if I go to someplace with dry heat, will that be better? I like the desert and the mountains...

I find that the wet heat is the worse. We went to as Vegas in May and the temeperature was 95 degrees and it wasn't as bad as Ohio at 85 degrees and lots of humidity. This year has been a particularly bad year for me. The heat is totally wiping me out. Is each year getting hotter or is it just me?

that's what I'm thinking...dry ehat doesn't feel as hot, so it should be more comfy, right? And yes, i think it is a bit warmer this year than usual around here. We don't usually hit high 90s in June, but we did this year.

I agree. If it is humid, the heat is much worse. I feel more fatigued when there is humidity with the heat, than when there is low humidity.

I think it's the combo that does me in....wet and cool is sort of nice. Someone suggested Scotland and if not for all the immigration hassles, I might consider it. When it's cold I can at least get a blanket or something, but there is nothing you can do whenit is hot and wet.
