50th birthday

ok.................i admit it ******i'll be 50 in 2 months and 8 days.
if you are 50 how did you celebrate or did you?!
if you aren't 50, what advise would you give my husband so that i have the best birthday ever.

My mom turned 50 last august. We had a party/picnic for her down at their house. We invited all their old friends. It was a lot of fun. We decorated with over the hill stuff and black balloons :)

I wont be 50 for another 26 years and 2 months so I don't know how I'll celebrate. I hope I'm not a boring old woman when I'm 50. Hopefully I'll be fit and healthy and will be able to go out and party. I suggest you tell your husband to book sky diving lessons for your 50th so you feel refreshed and young and vibrant on your 50th! After all, you're only as old as you feel! If that's out of the question, how about a nice hot air balloon ride or something else like going snow skiing? I think something physical and exciting is what you need for your 50th birthday!
