Is there a good market for pencil and pen and ink drawings on the internet?

It all depends on how good you are, and how big of a clientelle you can build. Usually pencil drawing don't sell for half as much as inked, coloured, shaded work. Probably one of the easiest ways to sell your art would be to go on a site like DeviantArt, post your drawings there, and sell the prints for a small fee or do commissions (of course, you'd want to get a decent following there before you spend anything). Or you could take the path less noticeably travelled and start your own website with examples of your work and take commissions there.
