I have long wavy hair. I'd comb my hair only in the morning then tie it up. I dont like it when my hair falls when combing hair thats why I do it once a day. Do you comb our hair more than thrice a day? Do you think its essential?

I comb my hair whenever I need to like when it's already all over my face and tangled up. I have long hair too and I don't like to tie it up bec. it gives me a headache. I have read from beauty magazines that combing the hair often makes it more shiny.

If I don't use the right combination of conditioners I'll be brushing all day trying to get out the reoccuring knots. Eventually I give up and tie it up out of the way to deal with another day.

I hate having knots at the ends of my hair :) it causes the tips to break and soon there will be split ends... thanks to conditioners it helps a lot not to keep on combing our hair. Thanks for the response lifegoeson...

I have had almost no hair for the last 20 yrs. Its really easy to keep, really quite tidy. I've wondered why Hair is so important in our society. I've very little hair anywhere, and I really I don't miss it. But I must say....I do admire a well groomed coiffure on a woman!

They say hair is the "crowning glory" :) I think hair is the second thing you look at in a person. First you'll look at the face then the hair. I guess you save a lot of money in buying shampoo :)thanks for the response bearhugs

I don't know how many times I comb my hair. It's just everytime I see my hair don't look good I automatically comb it. I have a shoulder length hair so I don't tie it up that often. :)

I don't count how many times I comb my hair but I guess its more than three times. Although I also have a problem with falling hair, I still comb my hair often. I use a wide toothed comb though to at least save my hair a little:P

Hi, dons626. I have long curly hair now. So I don't comb mine too much just once in the morning. I think there's no need to comb hair too many times per day. Just my own opinion. Have a nice day! :)

I only comb my hair when it's very needed...like for example every after shower time, or getting up from bed and even it looks so messy and needs combing. That's how I often I comb my hair just making sure it still looks good.
