Hellow everyone. Do you follow all the teachings in your religion by faith. Or just woke up and find yourself you have been in that religion? Do you believe strongly that you are in a right religion? May I know the basis of your belief?

Hello, I'm not a catholic, what I mean to say we have the same basis, THE BIBLE. And I'm a member of Church of God. My belief and faith is based on the Bible.. I do not want to go beyond what is written.. 1 Cor. 4:6.

I believe strongly that I am in the right religion. There are limited teachings to follow because of imperfect historical records, but I do follow the ones I know seriously. And anything I feel my Gods expect of me, I do it. There are many reasons why I am in the religion I am. A person of that religion was kind to me as a child when many people of other religions weren't. I had dreams about a deity from my religion. I feel it suits me. I love the emphasis on taking responsibility for your actions. And I really feel happy and loved by my Gods. I do believe strongly that Celtic Reconstructionist Paganism is the right religion for me. =)

Nope. It's the religion the Celts followed before Christianity came to their lands. The reason I say "imperfect historical records" is because with the loss of life among druids that occured during the changeover, there was a lot of the oral history that was lost. Most of what survives is in the songs bards sang, or observations written down by outsiders, or stories collected later. Most of what I know was passed down by my great-grandmother, who had internal family records to draw upon, and still she admitted her knowledge was imperfect. You might ask why I would follow a religion like this... but I gave my reasons up there already. My primary Goddess is my Mother, and to give her up is not an option!

There is not any one set of doctrines for my faith. No specific rituals or ways to do anything. I believe I'm in the right religion for me, yeah..why? Because nothing else worked or felt right for me. And I happen to think it's true..and that's enough for me. Not that I ever stopped researching my own faith, I mean..why stop? There's no reason too, besides O love learning.

eclectic pagan, meaning I mix and match from various other religions (when it comes to teachings and ways of doing things) whilst believing in a multi-faceted deity who manifests his/herself through nature. Thus, I don't follow any ONE religion's specific doctrines or rituals. :) Nothing else worked, ergo I felt diddly while trying out those religions and recieved no answers to my every numerous questions. And found nothing that many folks of those religions promised I'd feel, see, or know..and honestly? I tried my hardest to fit in with those, but it really didn't work at all. I just wasn't for that I guess.

Hi xParanoiax. I wonder what religion you are acquaint to. Because based on your statement you dont have set of doctrines or ways to do anything. You said you are in the right religion. May I know a bit of explanation about your citation that "nothing else worked or felt right for me"?.

Hi. I am supposed to be a Buddhist and I try my best to follow the teachings of my religion. But I find it hard to just believe in one religion. I am also interested in other religions as well and sometimes I think it might crash with some of my beliefs as a Buddhist. I am not a religious person at all because I often question many things. Buddhism is more of a philosophy than a religion to me right now. In fact, religion is a philosophy. I'm sorry if I confuse you. lol Basically, my family believes in Buddhism...so I am forced to become a Buddhist in a way. I think all religion can be true because all you need is just to truly believe in it.

Friend You are an understood man. I will pray for you. If we will look for truth, certainly we will find!! The bible say that there is only way for we find the salvation and this way not is the religion, but Jesus: accepting it as our savior! Hwo save is Jesus and not the religion!! In your case who save is Buddha..Understand? Antonio Valmir

Hello. So nice to hear you. You are right, if you want a certain thing you have to ask question, right? That's normal and I think we have to be like that so not to decieve by others. So try to look and search for the truth, I believe you will find it. But perhaps I don't believe that all religion can be true just to believe in it. Because there are some religion, they are after for the money, they do it as a business for their own interest. For me religion must be pure and undefiled with always love in their hearts, they kept themselves clean from evil things, no hypocrisy, lovers of truth.
