How do you tell someone that you like him/her ?

How do you tell someone that you like him/her ? Aren't you nervous about how they will react ?

First the feeling, beheaviour and after that eyes which express every thing what is there in your mind.By saying someone you like him/her that react bit confusion but eyes express all.

If I really like somebody, I will say it to him out loud during a conversation. I don't really care what he will say in return. Liking someone isn't something to be nervous to admit.

if I love somebody then I will tell him straightly.of course I am nervous about the result,but no matter he loves me too or not,there will be no regret in my life because I let him know that I love him.
